The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Lead to own the levers and drive compounding, sustainable revenue. This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You won’t just manage a budget; you will build the team, the infrastructure, and the playbook for our GTM motion. We’re looking for an operator who is excited to turn experiments into repeatable systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and scale growth experiments across paid, organic, content, and outbound
Lead conversion rate optimisation across the entire funnel, using data to improve every touchpoint.
Design positioning, messaging, and top-of-funnel strategy
Partner with founders and GTM leadership to embed Growth framework
Define the frameworks and playbooks for how we measure success. You’ll connect growth experiments directly to revenue confidence and long-term margin protection.
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in growth, GTM or demand generation within high-growth B2B
A track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset and capable with analytic tools
Clear communicator with a bias for action
Bias for data and a native familiarity with HubSpot and the modern GTM stack.
Hands-on operator who can balance strategic thinking with execution
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable next steps.
