Our Story

2019

Company Founded

While leading Design at a digital agency, Ben and Conor were looking to give their new joiners a world-class first impression. Instead, they were met with a reality that was sloppy, low-quality, and a soul-crushing manual task to pull together.

It seemed bizarre that in a design-centric world, no one offered premium Swag-as-a-Service to handle this. Alongside their day jobs, they began crafting and shipping custom swag to anyone who would listen; the overwhelming demand proved the hunch was right. There was a glaring gap in the market for a service that actually treated swag as a high-end design discipline. What began as a fix for a "messy" manual problem became Go Swag: the design-centric solution for companies who refuse to settle for average.

2021

Burn the Ships

Major players start to take notice. Go Swag signs its first enterprise-level customers, proving that even the world’s biggest brands are frustrated by "sloppy" swag and are desperate for a design-led service.

2026

Velocity & Vision

We’ve proven that swag doesn’t have to be "boring" or "sloppy." We are doubling down on our tech-enabled platform to ensure that whether we are shipping 100 packs or 10,000, the quality remains "intimidatingly" high.

We are aggressively recruiting "A-Players," specialists, and builders who are ready to take the "Go Swag Standard" and apply it at a massive scale. We’ve built the machine - now we’re hiring the elite crew to run it.
