The Role
We're looking for a technically sharp GTM Engineer to own the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. This is a deeply hands-on, individual contributor role - you'll report into our Growth Lead and be the person who builds, connects, and optimises the systems that make our entire GTM motion faster, smarter, and more repeatable.
You'll be writing the automations, closing the attribution gaps, and engineering the data flows that turn experiments into revenue.
What You'll Own
Paid search performance You'll manage and optimise paid search across Google Ads and Bing — taking full ownership from bidding strategy and budget pacing through to technical optimisation and measurement. You understand that bad data leads to bad decisions, so you'll build the attribution infrastructure to ensure we always know what's working. This means going beyond last-touch — implementing offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, and pragmatic multi-touch attribution models that feed better signals back into the platforms.
GTM infrastructure and automation You'll develop and maintain our GTM tech stack — HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, and the integrations connecting them — ensuring data flows seamlessly between paid, outbound, and CRM. You'll build and experiment with automated outbound sequences enriched via Clay and Apollo, design lead routing and enrichment workflows, and engineer the automations that strip manual work out of campaign operations entirely.
Multichannel outbound experiments You'll design and run multichannel outbound experiments using GenAI for hyper-personalised LinkedIn and email outreach — connecting those signals back into paid retargeting to close the loop between channels. Audience and signal work using Clay and LinkedIn will be a core part of how you build precise, data-enriched targeting that powers both outbound and paid.
Analytics, attribution, and reporting You'll own full-funnel visibility — from first touchpoint to closed revenue — and build the dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the Growth Lead and founders clear visibility on CAC, pipeline contribution, ROAS, CVR, CPL, and channel efficiency. You'll run a structured, fast-paced experimentation cadence across paid and automation and turn those insights into action quickly, always reporting the delta vs baseline.
What We're Looking For
Extensive hands-on experience managing paid search performance across Google Ads and Bing, with experience managing significant monthly spend and full technical optimisation responsibilities
Proven experience building production automation workflows in n8n or Zapier that move leads between outbound tools and HubSpot
Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack - Clay, Apollo, Lemlist - and instrumenting attribution across experiments
Experience implementing offline conversion tracking or server-side conversion imports to feed better quality signals into ad platforms
Ability to solve attribution gaps - moving beyond last-touch to multi-touch signals and model comparisons
Practical B2B experience with sales cycles up to 3 months and an understanding of how that affects attribution and conversion windows
Ability to connect technical experiments to commercial metrics - examples that moved CTR, CVR, CPL, ROI, or pipeline velocity
A preference for shipping quickly - deploy, measure, iterate, report
Clear communicator who can explain technical infrastructure and results to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills
Technical understanding of LLM architecture and GenAI applications
Experience with hyper-personalised video workflows (e.g. Loom)
Experience running holdout/A-B experiments across paid and outbound channels
Prior work connecting outbound automation to longer B2B sales cycles
Experience with personalised gifting outreach automation
Tech Stack
Paid search: Google Ads, Bing
Automation / orchestration: n8n, Zapier
Outbound / GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist CRM / data:

You should be comfortable integrating via APIs and building production workflows. The stack will evolve - we expect you to evolve with it.
Growth Mindset Over Checklists: We’re looking for impact, not just a perfect cv. If you’re excited about this role but don't check every single box, we still want to hear from you. We see these requirements as a guide; what matters most is your potential to contribute, your passion for our mission, and your ability to solve complex problems.
